THE PLATFORM ISN'T LIVE YET.
YOUR TEAM SHOULD BE.
Registration opens soon. Use this page to confirm your team, choose a side, understand selection, and enter the track page that tells you exactly what to prepare.
Teams of three to four.
Ages 18 to 25.
Age 18 to 25 at the date of registration, verified from an identity document.
Open to young builders, not only registered students. If you are studying, register with your institutional email: where places are close, verified institutions are preferred.
Teams of three to four people, plus one optional reserve who may substitute once with organiser approval. Four is the intended size and every brief is scoped for it.
One person, one team, one side. Nobody may be on both a Blue and a Red team.
Teams may mix institutions, or have none. The captain's institution is recorded as the lead institution.
Mentors may advise. They may not write any part of a submission, and their involvement must be declared on the cover page.
Meet these six and you are eligible for any track. The tracks decide the rest.
Four tracks.
Two sides.
The Cloud track is not offered in this edition. AI Red submits a proposal, alongside Application Blue and AI Defence Blue, as a safety requirement: an autonomous attacking agent needs a declared containment design and kill switch before it is allowed into the range at all.
Proposals are competitive.
That is by design.
4 to 6 AI Defence teams advance in total across both enterprises.
AI Red runs about three attacking teams for every defending team.
Morani Hunting Grounds teams register and are assigned to a cell: they skip the proposal round.
Every team that submits receives a written feedback report: criterion scores, the judges' comments and the evidence cited, whether or not it is selected. Appeals within 72 hours of results, on procedural grounds only.
Places are limited and awarded competitively. Submitting a proposal is not a place, and there is no waitlist promotion after selection closes. The reserve team named at selection is the only fallback.
Start drafting
tonight.
Registration for Red teams opens 21 September. Proposal windows are announced on the platform. The teams that win the selection round are the ones whose proposals existed before the platform did.
